What this form collects
Your email, plus any name, message, interests, skills, availability, work examples, or public professional and social references you choose to provide. We also record when you submitted, the wording of the consent notice, and the campaign’s internal follow-up notes.
How we use it
Jerry’s campaign will store your contact details, answers, optional public profile links, and message to review your offer, respond to your idea, and coordinate the help you requested. It will not publish your submission. Campaign updates are a separate choice. Please do not include sensitive personal information, private document links, or other people’s contact details.
We do not sell submissions or publish your name or message through this website. If we want to publish your story, we will ask separately.
Updates are your choice
Only checking “Receive campaign updates” requests mailing-list enrollment. Asking about volunteering is separate. Sending an idea alone does not subscribe you. This website records your request; it does not itself send campaign newsletters.
Storage and access
The site uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for the private database and administrator sign-in. These providers process information needed to run their services; processing may occur outside Canada. Campaign inbox access is restricted to approved accounts.
The application stores short-lived, keyed hashes for abuse prevention instead of raw IP addresses in its database. Hosting and security providers may retain their own technical logs. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We do not add advertising pixels, visitor analytics, or session replay.
Contact, correction, or removal
Email team@jerryjiang.com to ask about your submission, correct it, withdraw interest, unsubscribe, or request deletion. We may need to verify that a request comes from you before changing or deleting records.
We keep submissions only while needed for campaign review and follow-up. We review records every six months and when the campaign ends, and remove information no longer needed, subject to any applicable obligations. Deleted records may remain temporarily in provider backups until those backups expire.
